Go to Jalan Alor if you're in the mood for "hot-from-the-wok" Chinese food. The numerous stalls offer a splendid variety of oriental delicacies. Hawker centres can be found in almost every comer of the city, serving every type of food in Malaysia - and most, if not all, are open 24 hours.
